This work is designed for CEOs and senior executives whose decisions and interactions carry significant, long-term consequence.

You may be stepping into a larger role, navigating political tension across your executive team, leading organisational change or recognising that the demands of the role now require sharper judgement and more deliberate leadership.

At this level, the cost of misalignment, hesitation or reactive behaviour is high.

1-1 Engagement Strategy

Each 1:1 engagement is anchored in live leadership challenges and clear objectives. The work typically includes:

  • Pressure-testing strategic decisions
  • Mapping and planning stakeholder dynamics
  • Preparing for high-stakes conversations
  • Identifying blind spots and behavioural patterns
  • Strengthening executive boundaries and authority 
  • Refining how you challenge, influence and contribute in senior forums 

Sessions are rigorous and commercially focused. The emphasis is not theoretical discussion, but how you think, decide and lead in real time.

Where necessary, I introduce structured frameworks to sharpen perspective, strengthen judgement and expand strategic options.

Executive-Level Coaching

At senior levels, small shifts in behaviour and judgement carry disproportionate consequence. 

  • A leader perceived as aggressive stalls progression. 
  • An executive who avoids challenge weakens decision quality. 
  • Undue hesitation in politically sensitive forums undermines authority.

This work recalibrates how you operate in those moments.

The result is stronger executive contribution, clearer authority in senior forums and greater confidence from peers, Board members and stakeholders in your leadership. 

Engagment Structure

Engagements are one-to-one and confidential.

Most span six to twelve months, with a defined rhythm and clear objectives agreed at the outset.

I work with a limited number of one-to-one clients each year to ensure depth, continuity and the level of challenge required at this level.
