Leadership Mastermind Network

The Leadership Mastermind Network (LMN) is a curated peer forum for senior leaders operating just below C-suite level who carry significant responsibility and influence.

Members typically lead major divisions, influence at board level and are accountable for material commercial outcomes. Yet consistent, high-level reinforcement is rarely built into the role.

Development at this stage often becomes fragmented. One-to-one coaching may not be supported. Formal programmes often lack relevance.

LMN provides a structured, facilitated environment where experienced leaders test their thinking, challenge assumptions and recalibrate how they operate in complex environments.

It is not a training programme.

It is not a networking group.

It is a serious forum for sharpening judgement, strengthening influence and operating more effectively at senior levels.

LMN combines peer-level challenge with expert facilitation.

The emphasis is practical. Conversations are anchored in real-time decisions and leadership dilemmas.

Commitment and participation are expected. This is an active forum, not passive membership.

MEMBERSHIP

Membership is by nomination from an existing member or by invitation from CommsMasters.

LMN operates as a subscription membership.

£200 per month + VAT. (Minimum 12-month commitment applies).

Membership numbers are intentionally capped to maintain calibre, ensure active participation and build a genuinely engaged and proactive peer community.

Active participation is expected.
