Who Are Our Members?

To be an LMN member you must be an experienced leader working in a technical discipline. You operate at a strategic level, lead a substantial function, and are accountable for departmental deliverables and budgets.

You bring plenty of experience of your own but you recognise you don't have all the answers and are keen to learn from external peers and other experts.

How It Works

Every month the LMN gives you access to a variety of live online sessions, each lasting 60 minutes so they easily fit into a busy schedule. Select those that are most useful for you from:

  • Masterclasses: Leading experts share their thinking on pertinent business, leadership and career topics to prepare you to deliver today and in the future.
  • Workshops: Practical tools to help you sharpen your leadership approach, and manage the complexity and politics of your senior role, for more effective results.

Our members-only platform ensures support continues between live sessions, giving you 24/7 access to resources, session recordings, further reading and ongoing discussions.


Led By Heather Campbell

The LMN was founded by Heather Campbell, strategic advisor and coach for executives in STEM sectors. Over the last 25 years, Heather has worked with over 3,000 technical leaders on the challenges that become increasingly difficult as they move up: internal politics, influence, impact and strategic decision-making.


Heather started the LMN because the senior leaders she coached wanted a flexible and easily accessible way to get ongoing support, long-term.
