Heather’s style is really user-friendly. She is not afraid to challenge, but she does it in a very constructive, supportive way. She’s been incredibly helpful to our senior team, in helping us think through some of the challenges that we were facing, and she helped identify the blockers that were standing in the way of progress.
She provides us with a fantastic mix of practical inputs, tools and techniques that we can deploy easily within our business. She’s also been a really useful sounding board for our own ideas, as our thinking has developed. She is very good at “meeting people where they are at” and adapting her approach to the needs of her audience at any given moment in time.
